In a packed bar, ordering and paying takes time and waiters can’t reach every table. With Pedilo Ya! guests order and pay from their phone, while waiters, bar and manager see everything in real time.
Everything it does
- QR menu, table ordering, split bills and takeaway.
- Payments with Mercado Pago (link and QR on the waiter’s screen), bank transfer and tips.
- Waiter panel with floor map and delay and low-stock alerts; the bar sees the live order queue.
- Shift closing, weekly and monthly reports, tips per waiter, cost and margin per dish, time-based pricing.
- Reservations, loyalty program and a translated menu for tourists.
- Menu importer from PDF and ARCA electronic invoicing (in certification).
- Works offline as an installable app; Android version ready for Google Play.
- Almost 1,000 automated tests plus end-to-end tests that run against production.
